Otis oplever vækst, og vi søger en engageret Account Manager til vores Service Sales team. I denne rolle vil du være ansvarlig for salget og indgåelsen af serviceaftaler samt udviklingen af nye kunderelationer i dit distrikt. Du vil håndtere hele salgsprocessen, fra mødebooking og præsentationer til tilbudsgivning og opfølgning. Med dine rådgivningsevner vil du tilpasse serviceløsninger, der opfylder kundernes behov. Din primære opgave vil være at udvide vores kundebase inden for serviceaftaler for elevatorer gennem opsøgende salg. Stillingen er baseret fra kontoret i Aarhus og dækker Jylland og Fyn, med reference til vores Service Branch Manager.
**Ansvarsområder:**
+ Arbejde primært i marken (mindst 80 % af tiden) med kundebesøg og opsøgende salg.
+ Kombinere hjemmearbejde med markarbejde for at planlægge din tid effektivt og opbygge relationer.
+ Være kundernes primære kontaktperson for rettidig løsning af deres behov.
+ Udvikle din egen salgsstrategi for at nå dine salgsmål.
+ Anvende Otis' salgsværktøjer til effektivt at spore muligheder, pipeline og forecast.
+ Forhandle og indgå aftaler samt sikre rettidig betaling.
+ Samarbejde med andre teammedlemmer, herunder salgsrepræsentanter og kolleger i marken.
**Vi forventer:**
+ En solid salgsbaggrund, helst inden for service/bygge- eller teknisk salg, gerne inden for elevatorbranchen.
+ Alternativt en teknisk rolle i branchen, f.eks. som montør eller tekniker med meget kundekontakt, der
