What You’ll Do

Grow a portfolio of clients: Develop relationships with Semiconductor companies looking to hire.

Drive hiring results: Act as the key link between clients and our sourcing teams to engage and land talent to meet the clients needs

Own your success: Build a business within the business—your activity directly drives your earnings.

What You Bring to the Table  

Strong background in the Semiconductor Industry (operations, services, or equipment).

Proven business development or account management experience

Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Entrepreneurial mindset: tenacious, driven, and ready to grow something big.
