The Account Manager – Entertainment & Sport is responsible for proactively managing, developing, and growing a portfolio of Entertainment and Sport focused accounts, spanning film, TV, streaming, music, sports entertainment, production, touring, and live events. This role puts the customer at the heart of everything we do by simplifying processes, anticipating needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will manage accounts on a national, regional, and global basis (where relevant) and be accountable for performance, revenue growth, and share shift into Hilton. The role includes both account management and business development: identifying and closing new opportunities within and beyond the existing account base.
As part of the Hilton Worldwide Sales team, the Account Manager will drive both transient and group business into Hilton’s portfolio of hotels, with a strong focus on Entertainment & Sport specific segments such as:

Key responsibilities include managing RFPs, negotiating agreements, converting group leads, organizing familiarization trips, presenting new openings, and representing Hilton at industry trade shows and entertainment market events.

Develops entertainment‑focused transient and group strategy for the account portfolio.Conducts total account management, identifying key segments (production, touring, live sports events) to drive share.Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities within existing and emerging entertainment accounts.Builds and executes strategic account development plans; communicates key messages internally and externally.Establishes processes and frameworks to manage the account base efficiently and effectively.Develops strong relationships with key hotels receiving entertainment business, understanding their needs and operational nuances for this sector.Organizing Activities 25%
Implements account plans aligned with Hilton’s revenue strategies.Manages the RFP process with support teams (where relevant) to maximize solicited and accepted hotels.Ensures timely, relevant updates for stakeholders across production schedules, group needs, and touring calendars.Builds trusted, long‑term relationships with customers and entertainment industry partners.Works closely with global leads, sub‑account handlers, and third‑party agencies (e.g., production housing agencies, touring travel managers, specialist Entertainment and Sport DMCs).Develops targeted Account Plans with objectives, timelines, and sales actions to maximize penetration.Represents Hilton at entertainment‑specific events, festivals, and trade shows.Directing Activities 15%
