The roleWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and growing Siemens Digital Industries presence within your assigned territory. You will work closely with existing clients, Siemens sales and Partner teams to identify new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.This role will be a location independent role, leading all aspects of the South West and Wales region.
You’ll create impact by• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and increase market share within the assigned territory. Focus on the development of the existing and new customers : Large regional accounts, Small to medium enterprises across various industries, also comprising of eco system customers such as OEM’s and System Integrators.• Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and industry trends to expand Siemens Digital Industries customer base.• Stay informed about Siemens product portfolio, industry trends, and competitive landscape to optimally position our solutions and provide expert guidance to clients.• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analysing sales data and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.• Work collaboratively other teams, including sales, marketing, technical support, and product management, to ensure flawless delivery of solutions with outstanding customer service.
Your success is grounded in• Consistent track record of successful sales experience in industrial automation, digital solutions, or a related industry.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.• Self-motivated, passionate and able to work independently as well as part of a team.• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
