What You’ll Be Doing

Begin with a thorough onboarding and training program to build deep product knowledge and relationships across the business.

Develop new business opportunities while expanding and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.

Understand the unique needs of your customers and craft tailored sales strategies.

Lead product demonstrations and provide hands-on training to healthcare professionals.

Represent Stryker at key industry events, seminars, and strategic meetings to stay connected and identify opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or medical devices.

A strong commercial mindset, with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and succeed.

Resilience and goal orientation—you’re motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

The ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders.

A collaborative approach—you enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Fluency in Dutch and English.

A valid driver’s license, as travel across the territory is required.
