We are looking for an OEM Account Manager to be based in our Macquarie Park, NSW, Sydney office.
Reporting to the Territory manager, you are to lead engagement with OEMs within NSW. This role is critical in driving early engagement, influencing specifications, and delivering on Rockwell's growth strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
Engage with, OEM's to position Rockwell Automation as the preferred automation and digital partner.Lead early engagement efforts to influence design specificationsDefine and own the Win Strategy for pursuitsTrack and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring regular updates and visibility across internal stakeholders.Collaborate with global and local Rockwell teams, including business units, sales, and partners, to assemble the right resources for each pursuit.Drive adoption of Rockwell's full portfolio including control systems, digital solutions, network & cybersecurity, lifecycle services, and remote support.Develop and execute account plans for OEMs, servicing various industries, to clearly define the account strategyBuild strategic relationships with key decision-makers, OEM's understanding their business drivers and aligning Rockwell's offerings accordingly.Maintain latest knowledge of Rockwell's solutions and industry best practices.Analyze current opportunities against allocated sales target and provide forecast reportsStay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings / productsThe Essentials - You Will Have:
2 or more years of experience in sales, technical, IOT, software, industries etc will be an added advantageBachelor's degree or equivalent in business / IT / engineering or equivalentExperience establishing communication and engagement with prospectsKeen interest in a career in sales / marketingWhat We Offer:
