Job Description

Summary:

Own and grow a portfolio of OEM customers by driving strategic account penetration, cultivating partner channels, and converting new initiatives into sustainable revenue.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from funnel creation to post‑sales loyalty—while shaping the long‑term business plan for the segment.

You will be reporting to SALES TEAM LEAD, SEMICONDUCTOR, CPG & OEM.

Your Responsibilities:

Account Development – Map decision makers, uncover needs, and win preferred design‑ins to increase wallet share within target OEM accounts to meet annual quota.Opportunity & Funnel Maintenance – Build, update, and forecast pipelines in CRM; convert qualified leads to closed orders on or above quota.Partner & Channel Development – Recruit, enable, and co‑sell with system integrators, distributors, and EPCs to scale market reach.New Initiative Pursuit – Drive adoption of Rockwell's newest solutions and initiatives by piloting these innovations with OEMs to unlock incremental growth. Business Strategy Planning – Develop annual account plans, business growth analyses, and Win Strategy Calls; align with marketing, product, channel and global/AP OEM teams.Customer Loyalty Maintenance – Ensure seamless post‑sales support, and product issue resolution to secure long‑term partnerships.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or Business.5 + years sales experience in industrial automation, motion, or controls—preferably serving OEMs.Proven history of meeting or exceeding multi‑million‑USD quotas.Solid knowledge of PLC, VFD, servo, and IIoT/SCADA solutions.Fluent in Mandarin and English.
