This Inside sales position supports the Non-Pharma segment, partnering closely with the Non-Pharma Account team to drive early-stage engagement, opportunity identification, and pipeline development. The role focuses on companies outside the traditional branded pharmaceuticals, including consumer health, media, consultants, and universities. The candidate for Inside Sales will be responsible for executing lead qualification and sales support activities, aligning IQVIA data, analytics, and technology solutions to the unique commercial, clinical, and patient-centric needs of Non-Pharma clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Non-Pharma accounts/opportunities as needed.Analyze, process, and triage in-bound customer leads (i.e., MQL’s, inbound phone calls/VM’s, etc.) within the organization.Help drive early engagement by internet research and/or cold calling to identify new opportunities. Likely to interact at C-Suite level.Under the leadership of Marketing & Sales Management, continuously monitor status of leads and opportunities to ensure a pipeline of opportunities are maintained. Grows and maintains existing customer relationships. Demonstrates sound knowledge of IQVIA National Data Assets, as well as an understanding of sub-national, technology and clinical solutions to support Non-Pharma teams.Align and collaborate across the organization, with Product Management, Finance, Client Service, Contracts and Legal.Communicate directly with sales management and sales colleagues to forecast opportunities, identify process improvements and clearly communicate sales performance.Analyze potential opportunities. Create, monitor and update a tracking document for Non-PharmaIdentifies new sales opportunities and proactively coordinate the lead cultivation process through the sales cycle by prioritizing and determining which potential opportunities have the highest probability of closing.Report all sales related activities in CRM system.Serve as a liaison between the customer and technical and operational groups at IQVIA.Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required, and at least 1 year of related sales experience required.Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to organize and prioritize own work.Ability to analyze and interpret data.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and with existing and prospective customers.Possess strong computer skills (MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook, CRM, and Internet).Maintain focus and commitment on assigned targets.Knowledge of key marketplace catalysts for the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health and/or FMCG industry are a plus.An attitude which is positive, energetic, flexible and supportive in a challenging environment.US Remote / Home Based.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $53,700.00 - $134,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
