About the Team
The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant groups in North America. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate.
About the Role
The Account Manager role on the Mid Market pod of our Enterprise Account Management Restaurants team is responsible for the management & performance of all of the strategic Enterprise Merchant accounts within an individual book of business. On our Mid Market pod, this is typically an average of 6 total Merchant accounts, but can vary in total count based on total GMV and strategic importance to DoorDash.
Success in this role is measured in a few ways for this role:
+ It is measured through various metric-based Enterprise goals that are focused on driving product saturation in a partnership (i.e. store activations, product adoption, etc).
+ It is measured in the strength of the partnership via Merchant sales, strategic initiatives, and a Merchant’s depth of investment into the partnership.

+ Execute the day-to-day off premise strategy for our largest Restaurant clients
+ Use data and insights to sell DoorDash product suite into strategic clients
+ Serve as the liaison between our clients and DoorDash management, product, support, marketing, and operations teams
+ Develop & foster partner relationships with C-suite as well as strategy, marketing, and operations leads to provide a best-in-class partnership
+ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners to deepen relationship, review performance, and develop forward-looking strategies
+ Uncover the needs and wants of merchants, prioritize them by impact on the business, and work to co-create solutions
+ Drive forward operational improvement with your partners to ensure that together we are delivering the best experience for DoorDash customers

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

+ For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
+ For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$102,800 — $151,200 USD
The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$128,500 — $189,000 USD
