Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, End User you will promote the sales of Rockwell Automation solutions, products and services to prospective and existing customers from within a defined selected account list, establishing solid and long-term business relationships with the customers and creating profitable business growth for Rockwell Automation.

You will have primary responsibility to serve a package of End User customers in Poland mainly from heavy industry. You will report to Sales Team Leader.

You may have your own accounts or work on a team also in a multinational environment. As an account manager you will develop long-term relationships with customers, taking care of their satisfaction and developing cooperation. Your main responsibilities include, among others, taking care of corporate clients, consulting, negotiations, sales, and project coordination and contract management.

Your Responsibilities - you will do:Sell our products, solutions and services (Industrial Automation) to new and existing named accountsMaintain relationships with existing named accounts.Understand customer accounts' business strategies and needsLead the efforts of Rockwell Automation resources in order to provide Rockwell Automation solutions, products and services to the customersAchieve sales quota with assigned accounts and through identification and development of new accounts.Coordinate all sales activity to solve customer's business needs utilizing product strategies, while working cross functionally with product management, engineering, finance and management.Develop and maintain strong account relationships built on trust which helps identify new, value add opportunities.Provide market feedback to product managers, engineers, and sales leaders about competitors, customers' issues and industry trends.Manage an abundant sales calendar that maximizes customer interaction, time, geography, and opportunity.Manage use of CRM tools, to lead opportunities, and update accounts, contacts, activities and marketing programs.Develop annual account plans that follow the team strategy of revenue, mix and profitability growth

You Will Have:Bachelor or Master degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent5+ years of sales experience in B2B sales (products, services, solutions) in Industrial Automation. Preferably in Heavy Industry.Excellent knowledge about production processes within certain industriesHave experience in sales of high-level software solutions (IoT, MES, Analytics)Have experience developing new accounts.Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.Presentation skills.Language: Native Polish, plus fluent EnglishDriving licenseGeographically located in Poland.
