​Summary about role:

Develop and implement annual responsible territory’s sales strategy in line with national sales strategy.制定并实施所辖区域的年度销售策略Coordinate with distributors on sales plan execution, keep close relationship with Key Accounts/KOLs on daily maintenance, etc. to meet annual sales target.通过推动经销商执行销售计划、日常维系和所辖区域重点客户及专家的紧密联系等来实现年度销售目标

Responsibility:

Achieve the responsible territory’s annual sales target.完成公司年度所辖区域的销售指标Initiate and execute annual sales plan and accurate forecast for responsible territory.发起并执行所负责区域的年度销售计划和准确的销售预测Collect and analyze the consolidated market and competitors’ trends, and coordinate with central marketing/field marketing team on territory’s sales strategy execution and adjustment if needed.收集并分析市场及竞品动态,并协同中央市场部/区域市场团队执行所辖区域销售策略及调整(若需)Responsible for territory’s tendering, distributor development and maintenance.负责招投标工作、销售渠道扩展及维护工作Regular visit customers especially key accounts to build and maintain good relationship.定期拜访临床客户尤其是重点客户,建立并维持良好关系Organize and initiate territory’s academic and promotion events in line with sales strategy and priority.组织并发起学术研讨和推广活动以符合区域销售策略及优先重点According to New Sales Qualified Training (NSQT) requirement, participate in NSQT on time and pass all relevant training tests and obtain certificates.根据NSQT(新销售资格认证培训)要求,按时准时参加NSQT, 通过所有培训测试并取得证书
