Who Are We?
The vision of the Smart-commerce team is to digitize brand owners and selling partner by providing a suite of product offerings across the business's lifecycle. Within this, we are building a solution to enable sellers to set up their website and scale their independent online business, serving their customers with the most effective ways possible. In other words, we want to be the one stop shop for all e-commerce needs of small & medium D2C brands.

Key job responsibilities
Your core responsibilities include:

- Own a portfolio of high-value seller accounts, serving as their primary point of contact for advertising initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify and implement optimizations that help advertisers meet business goals
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond promptly to advertiser queries, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions
- Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues affecting advertiser performance
- Identify opportunities to improve SmartBiz and Buy with Amazon products based on customer feedback and competitive analysis
- Prepare documentation on best practices and frameworks to enhance seller performance
