Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop high-performing account management and sales teams. Strategic Sales: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Client Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities. Bid Management: Oversee bid management processes and ensure successful RFP responses. Financial Management: Manage sales forecasts, resource allocation, and cost control. Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 9 years in sales and account management. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Client Focus: Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
