Account/inside Sales Representative

Lead Conversion (75%)
+ Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Delivery partners.
+ Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of Delivery.
+ Guide partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the program.
Outbound Prospecting (25%)
+ Identify and cold call potential new partners in targeted geographic areas.
+ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through research, outreach, and follow-up.
+ Collaborate with marketing and field teams to support local campaigns and initiatives.
Sales Operations
+ Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
+ Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
+ Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
+ Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
