Job DescriptionMaintains professional and positive relationships with all clients, by monthly phone calls and personal visits as neededSeeking out new opportunities within established regionHandling customer concerns as well as identifying and resolving their concernsCommunicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to proper company staffPreparing schedules and action plans to identify particular targets and list the clients contact informationPresenting and selling company services and products to current and prospective clientsFollow up on referrals and new leads resulting after field activityDeveloping and maintaining the existing product knowledge and sales materialsEstablishing and maintaining new and established client relationshipsPrepares and submits client proposal for pricing to executive directorSubmits proposals and client service agreements to prospective clientsPrepares in-service presentations to new clientsPrepares full account set up in LIS, contact relation management systems and client supply management system based on proposal of servicesCreates, reviews, and maintains all client test requisitionsMonitors competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, testing and marketing techniquesRecommends changes in services and policies by evaluating results and competitive developmentsResolves client complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendation to managementAttend local, regional and national meetings as neededMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Coordinating shipping programs and managing delivery of company products and servicesCoordinating with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up salesAssisting in the execution of marketing plans of company as requiredPerforms duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agenciesSupports Eurofins DPT’s business philosophy, leadership values and ethicsIn order to meet Eurofins DPT’s quality policy and objectives, all employees are expected to meet basic expectations of Eurofins DPT’s quality management system including, but not limited to good workmanship, adherence to standard operational procedures, training, good documentation practices, and accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor of Science or Business Administration degree required

Compensation:

Salary: $90K-$140K

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
