Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

Position Location: Woodbridge, VA

Salary Range: $60,756 - $101,254

Overview:

Sentara Home Health is hiring an Account Executive (sales) in the Greater Woodbridge area. This is a full-time salaried position with the opportunity for monthly commissions.

We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in healthcare sales, home health and/or hospice experience preferred. Our AE will secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities. AE will provide assistance with transitioning patients from the hospital and/or SNF to post-acute care and provide patient/caregiver education on home care services prior to discharge.

Education:

Bachelor Level Degree at minimum required, or 5 years of sales experience in lieu of degree may be considered

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$69,742.40-$116,251.20. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
