**Position Overview**
HUB International Northeast is seeking an experienced **Account Executive** to manage a complex High Net Worth personal lines portfolio within the **Personal Lines** practice. The Account Executive is responsible for overall client satisfaction, retention, and profitability of assigned accounts and serves as a primary client advisor and broker-consultant.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage an assigned book of High Net Worth personal lines business, including accounts of varying size and complexity, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
+ Provide comprehensive insurance and risk management counsel, acting as a technical resource and advocate for clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
+ Conduct thorough reviews of coverage, exposures, limits, and pricing; identify gaps and opportunities; and deliver clear, timely recommendations to clients.
+ Coordinate and oversee the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients, including renewals, marketing, stewardship activities, and service deliverables.
+ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with carrier representatives, underwriters, and other external partners to secure optimal terms, coverage, and pricing.
+ Collaborate with Producers and internal stakeholders to drive organic growth through cross-selling, upselling, and development of new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
+ Ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all account documentation, correspondence, and transactional activities.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5–7 years of High Net Worth Personal Lines experience with an established insurance brokerage or equivalent environment.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.
+ Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated clients and carrier partners.
+ Proficiency with automated agency management systems; experience with EPIC strongly preferred.
+ In-depth knowledge of major High Net Worth personal lines carriers, including Chubb, AIG, PURE, ACE, and Travelers.
+ Ability to travel as business needs require for client, carrier, or internal meetings.
