Account Executive (New Seller Recruiting), Amazon Global Selling
Amazon Global Selling Korea team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive in the New Seller Recruiting Team.

In this position, this Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and recruiting Korean Sellers of all sizes in the grocery industry to accelerate their business growth in US Marketplace (a.k.a www.Amazon.com). The primary responsibility of this individual will be identifying and building relationships with prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to assist in creating compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will need to be agile in her/his approach and able to deal successfully with contacts at all levels while discussing the Global Selling on Amazon value proposition.

Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities for this role include:

1) Define, Develop, and connect with potential Brand in Beauty industry and hand-hold them to grow as the Amazon's seller.
2) Analyze customer purchasing data and the market trend data to make recommendations to Sellers about the opportunity of the new product/SKU.
3) Closely manage Sellers based on the clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products features and functionalities and drive their performance.
4) Connect the Seller with the multiple stakeholders in the Beauty industry so as to initiate new product development
5) Meet or exceed goals and operational metrics by managing numerous opportunities strategically and concurrently
6) Understand and utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information
