About the role

Directly responsible generating new business opportunities within the U.S. territory and our existing customer base. Charged with identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities selling MLex services to corporate legal, compliance and government affairs to meet and exceed your revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

· Managing the delivery of contracted services to clients

· Maintaining tight control over project schedules, risks, scope of work, and budget

· Building and maintaining lasting client relationships

· Providing day-to-day client advice and support

· Promoting the organization's capabilities to clients

· Collaborating and partnering with new business reps and account managers on sales opportunities.

Requirements:

· Have experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

· Have a customer-centric mindset and be committed to delivering exceptional service

· Have a thorough understanding of customer service principles

· Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities

· Be able to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity.

· Be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

· Be able to identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality service delivery
