We are seeking a qualified full-time Account Executive to join the Global Incoming Network Team in our Sydney Corporate Broking office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and have experience in all aspects of client servicing to maintain and grow an existing book of incoming network accounts, liaising with our overseas offices and local insurers. Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, the successful candidate will have a strong service ethic, ensuring a quality service is always delivered to our clients. The candidate will also help generate new business opportunities and contribute to the success of the team. You will be able to work comfortably to achieve challenging individual and team targets and agreed service level agreements.
The Role
Manage a book of incoming network accounts and seek cross-selling opportunities from existing clients Support the Account Director and Account Manager as required Work with and support the WTW offices globally Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers Handle all aspects of client servicing to maintain and grow an existing book of business Provide a superior level of client service by demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills Promote the WTW brand within the insurance industry locally, nationally, and internationally Travel interstate as necessary, if required by the clientThe Requirements
Experience as an Account Executive within the insurance or insurance broking industryProficiency in Word and Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPointExcellent time management skills to stay ahead of your schedule and workloadProven history of building strong relationships with clients, the insurance market, and other stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to understand and meet client needsA team player who actively contributes to the development of colleaguesClear drive, ambition, and commitment to excellenceNote: Employment-based visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
