If so, let's start the conversation. **Iron Mountain** is seeking a **dynamic** **Senior Account Executive - Business Development** to join our **New Business Development / Sales** team. In this role, you will be responsible for **driving new business acquisition and managing key accounts, with a focus on digital transformation solutions and information management services** . This is a strategic sales position involving 70% new business development and 30% account management, focusing on recurring revenue within highly regulated industries. Our high-performing sales team is dedicated to helping clients solve complex information management and digital challenges. 🎯 What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: + **Responsibility 1: Drive New Business and Revenue:** Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on **long-term, recurring revenue** (Annual Subscription Value - ASV) by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets. + **Responsibility 2: Collaborate and Consult:** Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with key decision-makers, including **CXO levels** , in target industries (such as Banking, Financial Services and Insurance - BFSI, Non-Banking Financial Companies - NBFCs, Insurance, Public Sector Undertakings - PSUs, and Hospitals) and collaborate with internal teams like **Pre-Sales, Operations, and Customer Care** to deliver value-driven solutions. + **Responsibility 3: Ensure Compliance and Reporting:** Lead major deal negotiations, maintain **accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM)** , ensure timely reporting, and comply with all organizational standards, including **Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE)** and audit policies. **✅ What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)** The ideal candidate will have: + **8–10+ years** of experience in **Business-to-Business (B2B) solution sales** , with a proven track record in digital services or technology sales. + **Strong knowledge** of consultative/solution selling, with a background in highly regulated industries (BFSI, Insurance, NBFCs, Government, Pharma, Media) and a focus on process outsourcing, migrations, and digital transformation projects. + **Proven ability** in **closing complex deals** , effective stakeholder management at CXO levels, strong relationship-building, and hands-on experience with **Salesforce CRM** . + **A Bachelor's degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
