Roles & ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Lead Generation
Support in conducting basic market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics projectsTrack market trends, competitor activities, and demand–supply insightsAssist in identifying land opportunities through calls, online research, and coordination with brokers and local contactsBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and other stakeholdersClient Coordination
Understand client requirements such as land size, location, and basic project needsSupport the team in maintaining client relationships and follow-upsAssist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clientsExecution & Reporting
Work closely with the team to support business development activitiesMaintain data on leads, site visits, and deal progressTrack daily/weekly activities and share updates with the reporting managerCoordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projectsGeneral ResponsibilitiesFollow company policies, processes, and guidelinesMaintain professional conduct and represent the organization positivelyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsWork collaboratively with team members and contribute to team goalsStay updated on company services and support cross-selling opportunitiesAbout You0–2 years of experience in real estate / sales / business development (freshers can also apply)Basic understanding of the industrial or real estate market is a plusGood communication and interpersonal skillsGraduate in any disciplineWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
