What the day will look like
+ Advocacy towards client’s interests in risk management, risk transfer, market issues and relevant trends including appropriate benchmarking and data.
+ Seeks to be a trusted business adviser on all pertinent issues; monitors client satisfaction; reports and resolves client issues and concerns and reviews client expectations to ensure relationship is mutually acceptable and beneficial.
+ Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results and Values.
+ Establishes clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations for client service teams that deliver Aon products and services to each client. Ensures that team members perform their responsibilities and seeks changes in team composition as appropriate.
+ Marshals appropriate Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances such as large claims, etc.
+ Drives the renewal process according to ABG and service plans, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.
+ Actively drives client penetration and new business with existing and potential new customers through the introduction of products, services, lines of business and industry expertise.
+ Monitors renewals and coordinates requirements of newly won accounts
+ Coordinates with the clients on issuance, renewals, collection, and termination of policies, claims management, settlement
+ Deals with insurance companies for rates, issuance of policies, endorsements, and cover notes, claims management
+ Computes/quotes insurance rates to clients
+ Drafts vital correspondences to the insured and insurers
+ Monthly report submission; e.g. production, profitability, cross selling strategies, other Regional and local KPIs
+ Provide updates to Manager on requests, changes, and developments related to the assigned accounts
+ Conduct prospecting activities to support sales team in new revenue generation and cross selling
+ Client visits
+ Negotiates with adjusters &/or insurers to maximize claim recoveries.
+ Ensures operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements (e.g., Transparency & Disclosure, Aon Compliance requirements, Client Promise Methodology). Uses Aon tools and implements processes including, but not limited to Client Promise, ABG, TRS, Aon Connect, Qlikview, CWP, eGlobal as applicable
+ Other tasks or special project that may be assigned from time to time.
