See below for more details on this base + uncapped commission opportunity! Job details Great opportunity to work with the largest e-commerce organization's delivery program. In this position you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the program and earn their own extra compensation for doing so. You will work alongside a Business Development Managers and other local account development executives to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the business, guide the business through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. This role requires travel within market and significant door to door walking. Job Description: * Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted zip codes typically within urban centers and surrounding areas * Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply * Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application vetting onboarding process * Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce * Support Business Development Managers to plan and host recruitment events in the community ex: lunch and learns town-hall meetings coffee chats * Partner with Business Development Managers to work with local champions such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations * Partner with Account Managers and other team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and as needed * Other duties as assigned related to the recruitment and retention of businesses * Track all activities and outcomes experience with Sales Force Qualification * 1-2 years in field sales and/or customer service experiences * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Team 1st can do attitude a must * Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus * Professionalism enthusiasm to work with others and high sense of urgency * Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field * Tech Savvy Experience working with multiple systems and technology * Ability to be in market up to 8 hours daily * Spanish is required Pay: 33/hour plus uncapped commissions! Expected applications and launches commissions targeted at $8,500-20,000 annually $100 for Hub App $100 for Partner Launch Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
