Job Description One of Insight Global’s top manufacturing clients is looking to add an Account Executive to their sales team. This role is responsible for sourcing new business, managing relationships with current clients. This person will need to have great communication skills as they will be selling an array of packaging capabilities to clients. • Design and implement strategic territory and prospecting plans to drive new business growth and maintain a robust sales pipeline. • Engage with potential clients to develop tailored solutions aligned with their business goals, while managing complex negotiations across organizational levels. • Foster long-term relationships across customer organizations, ensuring consistent value delivery and identifying opportunities for margin improvement. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Project Management, Design, Estimating, Prepress) to align on project objectives and execution. • Maintain accurate CRM data and exceed aggressive sales targets, supporting leadership decision-making and ensuring profitability in pricing strategies.
