Description We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing account operations, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services and healthcare, paired with excellent leadership and communication abilities. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. • Oversee account operations, including budgeting, billing, and campaign planning. • Utilize CRM tools to track progress, monitor client interactions, and improve account performance. • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve business goals. • Implement and manage financial and accounting software systems to streamline processes. • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience. • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth. • Develop strategies to expand client portfolios and drive business growth. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all account management activities. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role. • Proven experience managing teams and leading direct reports. • Background in healthcare or financial services is highly desirable. • Strong proficiency in CRM tools and accounting software systems. • Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills. • Ability to manage budgets and oversee billing functions effectively. • Solid understanding of campaign planning and execution. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
