Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing client in Baton Rouge that is seeking an Account Executive to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Requirements Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities in transportation and freight services. + Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand customer needs and propose tailored logistics solutions. + Negotiate pricing and service agreements in line with company policies. + Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. + Track and manage account performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. + Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. + Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. + Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
