Account Executive
Brand Protection and Success_ Transparency represents an incredible opportunity to raise retail industry standards around authenticity, product transparency, and supply chain tracking. Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. We are focused on building a global service which allows consumer brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain. The Transparency service is focused on preventing the receipt and sale of counterfeit goods both online and offline. Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers.
The role and responsibility mainly include: 1) Prospect and get engaged with Brands meeting the enrollment criteria of Transparency; 2) stretching work scope to a full cycle service from Brand enrollment to onboarding and account management, committing to goals of Brand sign and protected units; 3) Collect voice from brands and escalate to relate team 4) Assist Brands to clear blockers in Brand protection related issues.

• Basic Qualifications
Transparency is looking for a mid-level, talented and experienced sales executive to drive operations and executive conversations with brands of all sizes. You may be expected to contribute to special projects ranging from marketing to operational tasks as you may at times wear a variety of hats.
· Minimum 3 years professional experience
· Prior sales experience and negotiation skills
· Problem-solving passion and service orientation
· Oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and in English
· Bachelor's Degree

· Experience working with brands or supply chain ecosystem
· Experience navigating complex processes/environment
