Come help organizations be their best, while you reach new heights with a team that has your back.Role SummarySuccessful candidates will have a track record in building, managing, and delivering hard-working sales results within ISRAEL MOD This individual will play a key role driving a significant share of revenue for Splunk in the market within the MOD in IsraelResponsibilities:Developing both new and existing business within major accounts across the Israel market within MODConsistently deliver adventurous license, support and service revenue quotas on a quarterly and yearly basisBuilding and maintaining c-level relationships within our major accounts, identifying joint regional sales strategiesWorking closely with partners for maximum efficiency with a demonstrable background of closing large opportunities through the ChannelNamed Account penetration, account planning and opportunity managementBuilding and managing a sales pipeline and forecasting, tracking activities and progress throughout the sales processEngaging and leveraging internal, international and local, teams to maximize and expand deal sizes. Working closely with sales engineering, professional services, marketing, in-house as well as partner services resourcesUsing our sales methodology and processes effectively throughout all sales processes ensuring a quality driven service is deliveredProviding timely and informative input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing
Must Have
5+ years Enterprise Software selling experience to MOD Accounts is a mustAbility to grow and scale upward with the company; first line management experience a plusVery comfortable in the “C” suite with a track record of managing and developing up to 8 account loadStrong executive presence and polishForecasting commitments and forecasting accuracyOutstanding management, interpersonal, written and presentation skillsThrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environmentAble to work independently and remotely from members of your teamRelevant software proven experience in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics.Use CRM systems (Sales Force) extensivelyTrack record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territoryHebrew and English ProficiencyEducation: Got it!
