Account Executive, B2B Sales
**What's The Role** The **Account Executive in B2B Sales** in **Barbados** is responsible for selling the organization's products and services through direct sales to small & medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales. PreSales engineers) **_This position is not eligible for a work permit, nor relocation assistance package. Qualified candidates must have a right to work in Barbados without a work permit, and should be on island or in the process of relocating to the island in the near future to be considered._** **What You'll Do** + Execute the B2B Go-to-Market sales growth strategy. + Drive profitable business growth. + Deliver sales on target, pipeline target ratio, customer meetings, WIP accuracy, sales forecasting, reporting + Establish excellent relationships with customers and market stakeholders, internally and externally. + Position C&W Business and FLOW Business as the leading “go to” partner in the market. + Consultative selling skills. + Establish excellent relationships with all market stakeholders, internally and externally. + Work across and with matrix teams and external bodies, collaboratively to drive results. + Awareness of Government and Enterprise structures, stakeholders, relationships and processes to progress projects and initiatives **What You'll Need** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification. + TAS (target account selling) or Strategic Selling (Miller Heiman) certified/expertise would be an asset. + Strong familiarity with ICT and value proposition selling + Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets + Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Demonstrated results-orientated track record. + Ability to adapt and work well in a matrix structure. + Strong communication and listening skills. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands Liberty Latin America, Liberty Networks, Liberty Caribbean, Liberty Business, Liberty Caribbean ICT, Cable & Wireless, Cable & Wireless Business, Bahamas Telecommunication (BTC), FLOW, VTR, Liberty Puerto Rico & USVI, Liberty Costa Rica, and Más Móvil.
