Within this role, the Account Director is a primary point of contact for Pharma Marketing & Corporate clientele. As an extension of the Group Account Director, the Account Director will ensure all requests, projects and deadlines are met and completed. Within this position, the Account Director is responsible for simultaneously overseeing the management of multiple medical education projects from inception to completion.
This position will support clients based on the West Coast, and may be asked to work local hours as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accessibility as the day-to-day point of contact to client stakeholders partnering on strategic initiatives, project/financial management, and communications with client stakeholders.Develop and lead reoccurring status calls with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop strategy & oversee implementation of various medical education initiatives such as:Conferences ActivitiesAdvisory BoardsKOL Consulting EngagementsSymposia & Product TheatersAnatomy / Cadaver TrainingsPatient Injection TrainingsSOW development support & monthly/quarterly invoicing, as directedPartner with client stakeholders to develop and monitor budget forecastIdentify and communicate relevant and meaningful insights around projects throughout project lifecycleIdeate insight-driven solutions that may provide opportunities for value added services and organic growthManage timely and professional written and verbal communications with colleagues, clients, faculty members, sales force, internal personnel and external vendors.Ensure customer expectations are met at all levels of project activity.Establish and maintain knowledge of relevant healthcare products, disease states, and medical educationProvide guidance to the managerial team on the development of all project-related communications and websitesAdhere to all of the following policies and guidelines and ensure they are communicated, understood and followed by team members:Client Corporate ComplianceClient Budget and TravelHIPAAPhRMAMedForce policies and proceduresAssist in skills development and mentoring team members.Provisions & editing of executive summaries on event evaluation & success; delivery to clientReport management & provision of various report types that may include:Budget Details & BreakdownCompliance & Training RecordsAggregate Spend & Financial Disclosure ReportingSpeaker Usage & CappingEvaluationsRSVP & AttendeeLiaising with clients, vendors, and internal teamsDevelopment of internal SOPs on new projects & strategizing process improvements to existing projectsOversight of Faculty/Consultant Management (CVs, biographies, contracts, and supporting fair market value documentationManagement of team workload assessmentMonitoring 30-day financial close outs, both internally and externally with client aggregate spend systems and/or reportingOnsite support to client(s), speaker and patient(s), ensuring program is executed successfully

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $73,000.00 - $182,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
