Reporting to the Territory Manager you will be Critical in growing Rockwell's market share, driving both direct and indirect business across the complete Rockwell Portfolio through new Logo acquisition and development of low value and underperforming accounts.

This role will be based on the North East or North West territory in England and you will maintain a close working relationship with the partner sales teams within the territory to coach and ensure focus on the best strategic and long-term opportunities that the territory provides, fostering a winning together culture.

The purpose of the role is to drive demand in the market and increase the Rockwell installed base with an accelerated growth in the designated geography acting as the "glue" within a geographical area between RA, our customers and channel partners.

You will have a hybrid working schedule.

Goal is to take the account to a level that is suitable to be handed over to the Distributor or a focused Account Manager to manage.

Your Responsibilities:In cooperation with a strong team of Consultants, Domain Experts, Information System specialist and partners, you will engage in and continue to build a solid relationship with all stakeholders from C-level to implementers.You will lead strategic pursuits.You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, and focus on expanding our presence through new business, contract conversions, and finding account development opportunities in your allocated territory.You will be owning and developing the business with a franchise mentality.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Cross-functional coordination and coaching.Relationship-building with our teams, partners, and customers.Identify and nurture new business opportunities.5+ years' experience selling industrial automation solutions.Experience delivering sales results and meeting commitments.Can understand and participate in dialogue about customers Business Plans to develop their automation solutions.Experience doing business and creating relations with decision makers such as Site Manager, EHS Manager, Operations Manager and Engineering Manager, C SuiteExperience leading the Customer Service Value Chain throughout the complete Sales Cycle.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Engineering or technical education.The ability to network with partners and stakeholders.
