Account Development Executive/Outside Sales Rep
We’re seeking a driven, people‑focused Account Development Executive to support the launch of a new delivery program across Stillwater, MN; Hudson, WI; and River Falls, WI. This field‑based role is perfect for someone who enjoys community engagement, building relationships, and driving growth. You’ll travel up to two hours within your territory to meet local businesses, present program benefits, and guide partners through onboarding. The role offers competitive base pay, uncapped commission, weekly mileage reimbursement, and a paid cell phone. Job Title: Account Development Executive -FIELD BASE SALES ROLE -(Door to door Buiness Sales) Location: Stillwater, MN, Hudson, WI, or River Falls, WI Base Pay // Commission // Weekly mileage reimbursement Job Description This is an excellent opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You'll collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors, visiting prospective businesses, pitching the program, qualifying businesses, guiding them through the application process, and coordinating recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission incentives for partner conversions. Responsibilities + Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. + Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest. + Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process. + Lead activities and manage the pipeline in Salesforce. + Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. + Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations. + Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills + 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience. + Outside/Field Sales experience required. + CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Exceptional customer service and communication skills. + Field sales experience is a plus. + Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus. + Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others. + High sense of urgency. + Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. + Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technology. + Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily. Work Environment The role requires being in the field 4-5 times a week. Ideal living locations include Stillwater, MN, Hudson, WI, and River Falls, WI. The position offers uncapped commission, phone bill expenses, and mileage reimbursement. It also provides the chance to build community partnerships with small businesses. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Eau Claire, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
