Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Delivery Partner Program (London, KY Territory)
Job Description
This field-based role focuses on recruiting local businesses to join a new delivery partner program in designated areas of Kentucky. You will visit prospective businesses in person, present the program, qualify interested partners, and guide them through the full application process while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. Working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will support community-based recruitment events and build strong relationships with local organizations to drive referrals. The position involves regular travel of up to 90 minutes each way and offers uncapped commission based on the number of partners successfully converted.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance to introduce the delivery partner program.Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses in a clear and compelling way to generate interest and encourage them to apply.Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process.Lead and manage all prospect and applicant activity in Salesforce, ensuring that the sales pipeline is accurate, up to date, and well documented.Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting community-based recruitment events such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.Collaborate with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals.Import and update Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain accurate records and reporting.Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping them overcome barriers in the application process.Demonstrate professionalism and a high sense of urgency when responding to leads, following up with prospects, and closing opportunities.Travel daily within the territory, including up to approximately 3 hours of round-trip driving, to meet with businesses and attend events as needed.Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in an outside sales environment.Proven field sales experience, including face-to-face outreach and territory-based selling.Experience using a CRM system, with the ability to track leads, manage a sales pipeline, and document interactions.Hands-on experience with Salesforce or the ability to quickly learn Salesforce for lead management and reporting.Strong sales skills, including prospecting, pitching, qualifying, and closing opportunities.Ability to travel up to approximately 3 hours round trip daily within the assigned territory.Comfort working in a highly field-based role with frequent in-person business visits.Additional Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service roles.Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with business owners and decision makers.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain program details clearly and persuasively.Previous experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.Professional demeanor, with enthusiasm for working with others and a high sense of urgency in achieving goals.Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field, including troubleshooting basic issues with applications or processes.Tech-savvy mindset, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools such as CRM platforms and spreadsheets.Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with a Field Manager and other team members.Motivation to grow with a new program and help develop a new territory around a delivery station.Work Environment
This is a field-based role focused on communities in Kentucky, with preferred locations for contractors in or near Corbin KY. You will spend most of your time traveling within approximately a 90-minute radius of your home base to visit local businesses and attend community events. The role involves regular driving of up to about 3 hours round trip each day, with mileage reimbursement provided. You will use Salesforce as your primary CRM tool and work with Excel spreadsheets for data imports and reporting. The position offers uncapped commission, with earnings tied to key milestones in the partner recruitment process, and includes a monthly phone expense allowance. Work is primarily conducted in business and community settings, such as local shops, offices, and event venues, and you will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to support a growing delivery partner program in the region.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
