Job Title: Outside Sales Representative- Portland, OR

Base + Commission!

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program that is launching in Portland, OR. The role involves recruiting local businesses to become part of the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify and guide them through the application process, and organize recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers a commission for each partner converted.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, leading activities and managing the pipeline in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.Work with the Field Manager to engage local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills

2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.Outside/Field Sales experience required.CRM Experience Required, preferably Salesforce.Experience in prospecting and making outbound calls.Sales management experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Field sales experience is a plus.Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency.Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.Ability to travel up to a four-hour round trip distance daily.

Work Environment

The role involves working in the field 4-5 days a week with an 80/20 split of in-field versus at-home follow-up and administrative tasks. Benefits include eligibility for 2 weeks of PTO after a 6-month successful performance review, uncapped commission, and reimbursement for travel and phone expenses.

This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $28.50/hr.
