Job Title: Field Recruiter – (Outside Sales)

Location: Greater Seattle area (Daily travel)

Job Type: 9 Month Contract (extension up to 2 years) | Commission Eligible

Overview:

A new local delivery program is launching in your area, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to help grow its footprint. As a Field Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying and onboarding local businesses to become delivery partners. This is a dynamic, field-based role ideal for someone with a passion for community engagement, sales, and business development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses in targeted areasPresent and pitch the delivery program opportunity to prospective partnersQualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting processTrack leads and manage pipeline activity using SalesforceSupport planning and execution of local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats)Collaborate with community organizations such as chambers of commerce and economic development groupsImport and manage lead data via Excel and Salesforce on a weekly basis

Skills & Experience:

1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in outside sales or field-based roles is a plusFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsProfessional, enthusiastic, and highly organizedTech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systemsAbility to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rateCommission opportunity: up to $350 per partner converted

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
