This role will support all of CRG Account Development activities across all of CRG service offerings.
Join our sales team as an Account Development Analyst and contribute to business growth for Thermo Fisher Scientific's clinical research services. In this role, you'll be working in collaboration with Account Development Reps to support RFP funnel growth by researching prospective client pipelines, identifying qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Essential Functions and Other Job Information:
Manage marketing-generated leads and follow up as appropriate
Serve as AD team tool usage trainer and provide new hire onboarding support
Create demand gen leads in support of AD team
Maintain corporate reporting protocol
Develop strategic plans to support AD RFP volume
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’).
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong ability to develop a territory management strategy, identify and develop sales leads within the territory, professionally present capabilities, and collaborate with others to hand-off the relationship internallyAbility to coordinate information from and follow-up with diverse sources in order to develop relationships with internal and external clientsStrong written and verbal communication skills to ensure professional interactions with internal and external clientsAbility to collaborate and integrate with various internal departmentsThorough knowledge and understanding of the industry, the company, and functional areas in order to strategically generate leadsAdept at sales automation systems and the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent organization and time management skills in prioritizing daily activities and responsibilities with focus on targetMaintain knowledge of CRO service offerings including clinical trial support, regulatory affairs, preclinical studies, and data management.Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation strategies, webinars, and targeted outreach campaigns.What we offer:
