Overview:The Account Delivery Lead (ADL) is responsible for the successful delivery of IT services and solutions to a major automotive client. This role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with the client’s evolving technology roadmap. While the focus is on IT delivery, the role also integrates client success principles to foster long-term strategic partnerships. Familiarity with embedded software development is a valued asset.
Key Responsibilities:Delivery Leadership
Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT programs and services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.Oversee cross-functional teams across cloud, DevOps, enterprise platforms, and infrastructure domains.Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262 where applicable.Client Success & Relationship Management
Act as the primary delivery interface, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and program management.Proactively identify client needs and align delivery strategies to support their business goals.Monitor client satisfaction and implement feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.Strategic Engagement
Support account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and solution teams.Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap alignment with the client’s digital transformation initiatives.Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and delivery predictability across all workstreams.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective staffing, onboarding, and retention of delivery personnel in high-demand areas like cybersecurity, test automation, and cloud engineering.Candidate Profile:Experience
8+ years in IT delivery or program management, with at least 3 years in client-facing roles within the automotive sector.Experience working with enterprise clients in a delivery or customer success capacity.Education
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Skills
Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and agile delivery models.Familiarity with embedded software development (e.g., AUTOSAR, ADAS, OTA) is a plus.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to translate technical delivery into business value for client stakeholders.Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and customer health metrics to guide decisions.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
