Description Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing and printing company in Commerce to fill a Temp-to-Hire Account/Customer Service Representative position. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong account management and order processing experience—ideally within a manufacturing or printing environment. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and process customer accounts and orders from start to finish + Verify and confirm all order details including items, quantities, and changes; input accurately into the company’s order system in a timely manner + Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues + Prioritize daily tasks to accommodate last-minute changes and urgent requests + Apply project management principles to oversee and complete customer orders efficiently + Learn and apply production logic, including calculations and conversions, specific to Sunshine’s processes + Proactively follow up and take ownership of the order management process from start to completion Requirements Qualifications: + 3–5 years of experience in account/customer service and order processing, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment + Strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and a problem-solving mindset + Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both customers and internal departments + Proficiency in standard college-level math and willingness to learn new systems and processes + Demonstrated project management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
