Job Description

The Account Coordinator is responsible for generating sales, building strong and lasting relationships with clients, and delivering excellent customer service. This role also includes training clients on the use of products and services, maintaining accurate customer records, and consistently achieving sales targets. The Account Coordinator conducts market research to identify potential clients and stays up to date with industry trends to support business growth.

ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales opportunities and contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.Train clients on the use and features of products and services to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities.Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new opportunities, and emerging market segments.Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support informed sales strategies.Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a smooth client experience and consistent service delivery.Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to sales and client activities.Organize and prioritize daily tasks to manage multiple client accounts and responsibilities efficiently.Essential SkillsProven sales skills with experience in generating sales and achieving targets.Experience in inside sales or similar sales-focused roles.Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional client interactions.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal team members.Experience training clients on product and service usage.Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.Comfort with learning and explaining product features and benefits to clients.Attention to detail when maintaining customer records and preparing documentation.Ability to adapt to changing client needs and evolving industry trends.Work Environment

This is an onsite role where the Account Coordinator works in a professional office environment. The position involves regular use of Microsoft Office and other standard business tools to manage client records, prepare reports, and support sales activities. The workday typically includes frequent interaction with clients and team members, both in person and through digital communication channels, in a setting that values proactive collaboration, responsiveness, and organized workflows.

This is a Permanent position based out of West Memphis, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
