We’re looking for aSales and Customer Support Coordinatorwho’s ready to take ownership of key processes, collaborate across departments, and help us deliver exceptional service every step of the way.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
+ Keep our pricing accurate and up-to-date in the ERP system.
+ Organize and manage essential sales and customer documents.
+ Create insightful reports on customer backlog, open orders, and more.
+ Maintain a clean, current, and complete electronic customer database.
+ Partner with Finance to send friendly reminders for overdue invoices.
+ Cross-train with Finance to support customer-related financial tasks.
+ Keep CRM tools fresh with updated sales records and customer info.
+ Prepare reports that help drive smart decisions.
🧠 What You Bring:
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
+ A knack for organization and attention to detail.
+ Great communication and collaboration skills.
+ Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a big plus!
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.
