\nReporting to Industry Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality sales support service to Global Account Managers.
\n\nSell and provide after-sales services to our customers, such as pro-active monitoring of shipments, handling special requests and resolving customers’ enquiries.\nSupport various sales teams by working closely with sales staff and liaising with other departments to meet customers’ needs.\nAssist in preparing different reports and providing support for other sales activities.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nHKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate, diploma holder is preferred\nMinimum 2 years' relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service Fields\nGood interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills\nSelf-motivated, customer-focused and able to work under pressure\nGood command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)\nProficient PC skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel\n\n\nOUR OFFER\n\nStrong career support in an international environment\nGreat culture and colleagues\nMultifarious benefit program\n\n
