Account Coordination Manager

The Account Coordination Manager role supports field and corporate sales to document and communicate the value our teams provide to key corporate account portfolios. The ACM will help support business reviews, coordinating and document ESG projects, develop partnerships with key customer personnel, and work with the ChemTreat team to provide best in class results.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Support customer relationships with established corporate customers.Regular interaction and communication with key customer personnel.Assist with preparation and presentation of quarterly business and KPI reviews alongside corporate sales and technical support teams.Identify deficiencies in KPI compliance working in conjunction with the internal corporate technical manager to resolve service or technical performance issues.Regular interaction with individual account managers to ensure reporting and technical performance meet customer expectations.Ability to adopt and utilize various data management and other digital tools.Long term development to expand to additional industrial multi-site corporate customers. Work with accounts payable and customer service to resolve purchase orders and billing issues. 

SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels. Travel to customer locations (10%)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS  

Basic understanding (or with the initiative/background to learn about) cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and chemical feed and control programs. Communication and Interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership Organizational skills; Self-management Proficiency in Microsoft SuiteAbility to articulate a compelling value proposition. Analytical skills: ability to compile and synthesize information. Ability to collaborate with others to achieve a goal. Ability to adopt and utilize various data management and other digital tools.Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of successful sales support experience or project management experience in a business-to-business sales environment or engineering support preferred. Travel expectations of 5 - 10%.

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT  

Working environment could be in a variety of settings to include steel mills, refineries, chemical plants, manufacturing plants, food and beverage plants, and waste treatment plants etc.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
