Account Based Marketing Manager

Where Data Does More. Join the Snowflake team.

Snowflake is seeking a results-oriented Account Based Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in driving growth within our Majors Acquisition segment by developing and executing targeted ABM strategies. This role offers the opportunity to craft and implement impactful 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, contributing to our best-in-class integrated ABM approach.

As a high-energy Account Based Marketing Manager, you will manage a portfolio of multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs designed to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue for the largest North American accounts that either don’t have an existing Snowflake footprint, or currently have a relatively small one. You will work in close alignment with the sales organization, enabling them to effectively engage and penetrate their most strategic accounts and opportunities.

What will make you successful is having a strong background in sales, field marketing, GTM operations, and/or demand generation – including planning, message development, execution, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis. This role is ideal for a high-achiever with a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing programs, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

This role will follow Snowflake’s hybrid 3-day in-office policy reporting into our Denver or Atlanta offices.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Develop and execute strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs focused on driving pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and increased revenue growth within our North American Majors Acquisition account segment.

Create personalized digital experiences, including landing pages and tailored content, and implement multi-channel campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Marketing, GTM Operations, Demand Generation, and Solution Product Marketing teams to develop comprehensive account plans, including account-specific research, events, and follow-up strategies.

Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies and optimize program effectiveness.

Leverage data and insights to continuously refine ABM strategies, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing ROI.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

3+ years of prior Marketing or GTM Operations experience, with a focus on Account Based Marketing and a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing targeted campaigns.

Strong understanding of sales cycles in Enterprise and/or Majors accounts, and experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

Proven ability to develop creative and innovative ABM programs that engage target accounts and drive desired outcomes.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in marketing and sales technologies, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and thrive in a dynamic and results-oriented culture.

Familiarity and/or an interest in exploring and applying AI-driven marketing programs and use cases to enhance ABM effectiveness.
