Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas, marketing y logística para optimizar la ejecución de estrategias comerciales, el desarrollo de planes de acción y la gestión de las relaciones con el cliente. **Funciones Principales:** + Responsable del análisis de la performance del Grupo Exito, incluyendo ventas, participación de mercado, precios, distribución y rotación de productos. + Elaboración de informes de seguimiento de los pedidos y presentación de resultados a la dirección. + Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento de ventas y nuevas oportunidades de negocio. + Desarrollar estrategias de merchandising, promociones y activaciones para optimizar la presencia de la marca en los puntos de Grupo Exito. + Colaborar en la planificación de la demanda y la gestión de inventarios para asegurar la disponibilidad del producto en la cuenta. + Gestionar y resolver las necesidades del cliente de forma eficiente y oportuna. + Participar en reuniones de negociación y acuerdos comerciales con el cliente. + Monitoreo del mercado y la competencia, incluyendo los principales competidores en el canal moderno. + Análisis de las tendencias del consumidor y las preferencias de compra. + Identificar nuevas oportunidades de producto y categoría dentro de la cuenta. + Identificar y evaluar nuevas iniciativas para aumentar el volumen de ventas y la rentabilidad del negocio. + Trabajar en equipo con los departamentos de ventas, marketing, logística. **Educación:** + Profesional en carreras afines al área comercial como administración, ingeniería industrial. **Requisitios:** + Mínimo un año de experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo con Grupo Exito, o experiencia directa. + Manejo de herramientas informáticas como Office, Power BI, Excel. + Habilidades de comunicación y negociación. + Excelente manejo de análisis de data y elaboración de informes comerciales.
