We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Accommodation Receptionist to join our team at our Wagga Wagga site.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to fill a Receptionist role supporting our accommodation services. This full-time position plays a key role in managing reservation systems, updating room status in real-time, and communicating with housekeeping teams to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional accommodation and front desk servicesMaintain and update booking and reservation systemsCommunicate effectively with housekeeping to support room readinessRespond to guest enquiries in a timely and courteous mannerAccurately file records and maintain documentationFollow workplace safety procedures and contribute to a positive, safe environment
