Whatyou’ll do:
Line manage all staff within department (Circa 14 staff across accommodation reception and helpdesk) Organise and maintain rota to ensure 24/7 staffing service delivery to accommodation receptionEnsure effective communication with line manager, team, customer and client organisationBuild customer relationships on siteHave all full knowledge of any electronic operating systemsCarry out learning and development/ disciplinary and capability activities with direct reportsEnsure all direct reports are compliant in their job roleWhat you bring:
Previous experience of working as team leader/supervisor/managerWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and database software experienceCustomer services skillsAttention to detail and adherence to standards
