About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and security-cleared Access Management Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in access governance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a critical role in ensuring secure and compliant access to data and applications across the organization. Key Responsibilities + Monitor and triage IT tickets related to data and application access. + Review and approve access requests based on regulatory and contractual compliance. + Collaborate with corporate security, trade compliance, and other stakeholders to validate and authorize access. + Resolve unique and ad-hoc data access challenges. + Follow established guidelines to ensure responsible delegation of access. + Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations for data access. Required Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in Access Management. + 2+ years of experience automating operational processes using tools such as GitLab. + Includes workflow automation for access provisioning, RBAC implementation, and identity platform integration. + Active Secret Clearance. Nice to Have + Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). + Familiarity with identity governance platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD). + Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS. + Knowledge of data loss prevention, data warehousing, and data management strategies (e.g., Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, PDMLINK). + Experience with Power BI dashboard reporting. + Understanding of security modeling, information systems, and data governance.
