They should have a professional voice and experience of working with people. Here are several skills and qualifications an Access Control Security Officer should have. + Excellent computer skills. Knowledgeable in MS Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn programs quickly. JOB SUMMARY : The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Responsible for the issuance of temporary security credentials to visitors and contractors in accordance with site access protocols. + Monitors incoming calls + Dispatches Security Personnel + Tracks Incidents + Maintains clear records to ensure safety and compliance with organizational protocols. + Inputs information into automated resource system. + Makes and logs and completes daily shift reports. + Camera monitoring to ensure compliance and safety.
