You’ll be an Access Administrator who will support our WTW France group users, as part of Identity Operations to enable us to meet our regulatory and client requirements regarding Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will contribute support both the BAU and transformation agenda, using your influencing skills to ensure stakeholders at all levels understand and support the agenda.  You will be required to be fluent in French and English both verbal and written.

You’ll also put your Access Management knowledge to good use, providing support, alongside the wider Identity function, to change initiatives across WTW to ensure adherence to Policy and Standards is better understood and complied with.

You will work in an area that is audited regularly so you’ll assist in the provision of evidence for these audits as well as helping to remediate any gaps and close down any findings.

What you'll be doing

Utilising knowledge of Access Control including the Tools, Techniques and Procedures used Working closely with customers to define and enforce Identity and Access Management policies, regularly reviewing privileges and enhancing the program to adapt to evolving threats Driving and contributing to the evolution of our processes & documentation and you will take responsibility to seeing actions completed Liaising across the business to support the Identity Operations to understand requirements, disseminating product knowledge. Maintaining an awareness of technology trends within and outside of the organisation Supporting  community and knowledge bank, striving to make an efficient service Managing Stakeholders and understanding the audience you are engaging

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Participate in the Access Management provisioning of WTW FR group users. Maintaining an awareness of technology trends within and outside of the organisation Sufficient understanding of technical architecture to ensure enhancements and solutions are in line with the vision. May be required to participate in meetings and audit work on the accounts managed by the Central Access Management Team unit. Work to define best practices and development principles to enable Willis Towers Watson to deliver perfect results. Ability to act as a key member of the project team and provide support and advice to more junior members of the team. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ensure that expected application quality levels are achieved Participate and recommend prioritization through the tickets live process. Proven oral and written communication skills. Work as equals with Central Access Management team for optimal design / delivery. Educated to Degree level preferably in a business, IT or security related subject or equivalent relevant experience3+ years of information security, within a large EnterpriseKnowledge of Identity and Access Management best practicesKnowledge of key IS regulations and how organizations achieve complianceExperience of Information Security, and a solid IT background.Experience & Knowledge in Identity and Access Management toolingKnowledge and experience of Information Security Auditing TechniquesExperience of problem solving and delivering to tight timescalesStrong IT skills, able to analyse data for reporting purposes and follow work instructionsExcellent presentation and documentation skillsProactive rather than reactiveTeam player with good interpersonal skillsOrganized and methodicalWilling to challenge and desire to learnGood communication skills, both orally and in writing
